Do I need to already have Claude or any AI tools?

No. We handle the full setup from scratch — including getting you onto Claude for Small Business, connecting your existing tools, and building out all the workflows. Zero prior AI experience needed.

Which tools can you connect to Claude?

QuickBooks, PayPal, HubSpot, Canva, DocuSign, Gmail, Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Calendly, Slack, and more. If you use something not on this list, tell us on the discovery call — we'll check compatibility before you commit to anything.

Is Claude for Small Business free to use?

Anthropic charges no extra fee beyond your existing Claude subscription and whatever tools you already pay for (QuickBooks, HubSpot, etc.). You pay Waddl3 for the setup work — we do the configuration so you don't have to spend weeks figuring it out.

How long does it actually take?

Starter packages take about 1 week. Business packages (all 4 workflow areas + web or design) take around 2 weeks. We move fast but also need you to share tool access and give feedback — the timeline is a two-way thing.

What if I need something you haven't listed?

Book a free discovery call and describe what you need. We scope custom work before quoting — no surprise invoices. If we genuinely can't help, we'll say so upfront and point you somewhere that can.

Can I cancel the Managed plan at any time?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel any time from your billing portal. Everything we've built stays yours.
